By accessing or using OptiView 3.0 ("the Service"), provided by IEC Telecom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
OptiView 3.0 is a fleet connectivity monitoring platform that provides real-time visibility into vessel communication systems, satellite connections, and network infrastructure managed by IEC Telecom.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify IEC Telecom immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. IEC Telecom is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
The Service displays connectivity data from satellite and terrestrial networks. While we strive for accuracy, IEC Telecom does not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of all displayed metrics. Critical operational decisions should not rely solely on this Service.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by IEC Telecom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IEC Telecom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
IEC Telecom reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
